Refund policy

 

Any vacuum that has been unpackaged by a customer is considered used and cannot be advertised and sold as new to another customer. Therefore, Evans Vacuum will only accept returns within 30 days of purchase and with the vacuum unused, in its original, factory packaging. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This policy also includes any bags, filters, accessories or any other products purchased from Evans Vacuum. Customer is liable for acquiring a shipping label for any returned items.
